Our rich Dark Chocolate Cocoa powder has gone through a process of alkalisation (to decrease the acidity of the cocoa powder), which gives it a less bitter flavour and allows it to dissolve more quickly into liquid. Our dark cocoa powder contains 10 to 12% cocoa fat which enhances a lovely, earthy note.
