Gilbert’s Pizza Slabs

Our pizza slabs are made in-house at our deli using fresh toppings and cooked in our oven till it’s ready to be served hot with a crispy crust. Each pizza slab is cut into 20 slices, caters for 10-12 people. MARGHERITA (Veg) – Tomato sauce, Mozzarella cheese, Fresh basil CHICKEN, CHEESE AND AVOCADO – Tomato sauce, Mozzarella cheese, Spinach, Red onions, Free range roasted chicken breast, Fresh avocado, Home-made smoked BBQ sauce CALABRESE – Tomato sauce, Mozzarella cheese, Home-made Italian sausages, Ricotta cheese, Roasted capsicum, Fresh chilli, Basil VEGETARIAN (Veg) – Tomato sauce, Mozzarella cheese, Spinach, Mushrooms, Marinated eggplants, Roasted capsicum, Roasted artichokes, Ricotta cheese MEATLOVERS – Tomato sauce, Mozzarella cheese, Free range bacon, Salami, Free range leg ham, Home-made Italian sausages DIAVOLA – Tomato sauce, Mozzarella cheese, Princi hot sopressa, Fresh chilli, Basil ITALIA – Tomato sauce, Mozzarella cheese (white base), Oregano, Cherry tomatoes, Fresh rocket, “SAN DANIELE” prosciutto crudo, Shaved Parmesan, Olive oil.
