Bombay Style Rice cooked with potatoes, meats & spices. This is a process of cooking a spicy rice dish, where the rice is cooked separately to the curry mixture and then combined in layers in a pot, before being slowly heated. Vegetables, meat, chicken and fish can all be cooked in this same way and is a meal in itself served with yogurt.
